WIN a VIP Experience at our December Photoshoot

IT'S COMPETITION TIME and have we got a treat for you!

We are giving one lucky customer/ follower the chance to win a VIP morning with the AC team at our December photoshoot. 

The winner will join us at a swanky Edinburgh Studio to get their makeup and hair done before being kitted out in Apt Cavalier and joining us on set to be photographed by the wonderful Dave Cameron. The winner will be featured on our website and social media and you will go home wearing their brand new Apt Cavalier outfit (and full of smiles & laughter!). 

As you know we always feature real-life riders in our photos because we want you to see our clothes on real bodies, so you don't have to be model-esk to apply. We are looking for riders of all ages and stages and the winner will be picked at random. Nominate yourself, someone who deserves a treat or perhaps someone who needs a pick-me-up after a tough year.

The closing date for entries is the 25th of November and the winner will be announced on the 26th. NB. the winner must be aged 18 or over and be able to make their own way to Edinburgh on the 8th of December 2019. For full terms and conditions see below.

Full Terms and conditions: 

1. The promoter is Apt Cavalier Ltd (Company No. SC556243) whose registered address is 21 Abbotslea, Tweedbank, Scottish Borders, TD1 3RZ.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. You must be following Apt Cavalier Ltd on Facebook to qualify for this prize.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
8. Closing date for entry will be November 25th. After this date, the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

1.  Although highly unlikely the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
3. The prize is as follows: A VIP experience at the Apt Cavalier photoshoot on the 8th of December (taking place at Southside Garage, Meow Studios, 16 Blackwood Crescent, Edinburgh, EH9 1QY) - the winner will get their hair and makeup done, be photographed in an AC outfit and will get to keep the outfit they model (1x bottoms, 1x top and 1x outerwear). 
4. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
6. The winner will be notified on the original post and by DM on Facebook within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or if they are unavailable on the 8th of December we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and imagery in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
9. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
