We want to ensure that we resolve any issues as quickly as possible, because we want to ensure we have happy customers.
In the event that you would like to return any of our products for a full refund, minus original postage, then please read the following statement to ensure you qualify for a refund.
The item to be returned for a refund must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The garment/ product must be unused, unsoiled (includes no make-up stains) and in the condition that it was delivered to you, including all original tags still attached and intact. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be credited to your account. The amount which will be credited will match the price of the product at time of purchase.

No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 14 days of signing for/ receiving your delivery. Any returned goods must include a covering letter with your contact details, stating the reason for return and if you require a refund or exchange. In the event of an exchange, please detail exactly what item, size and colour you would like your exchange to be.
Please send your return using Royal Mail or your preferred courier service and post back to Returns Department, Apt Cavalier Ltd, 21 Abbotslea, Scottish Borders, TD1 3RZ. We strongly advice that you use a tracked service as it is your responsibility for returning the items and for the cost of returning the goods us.
We will over the return costs for items that are delivered faulty or damaged. All of our products are individually checked before they are dispatched, therefore it is at our discretion to issue a refund or replace them.
Please always ensure you purchase the correct size; our products have been manufactured to fit standard UK sizing. They are not designed to be over-stretched and therefore Apt Cavalier will not replace garments which have experienced broken seams or appear slightly transparent due to overstretching. Apt Cavalier Ltd will have the final decision with regards to this matter and may in this instance request photographs of the customer wearing the garment.
