Apt Cavalier Ltd will do our best to ensure stock levels listed on our website are accurate always. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you using the details provided at the check out to arrange a custom solution.
All items which are in stock at the time the order is placed will usually be delivered within a standard delivery timescale of 3-5 working days. All deliveries will be send out using either a courier service or Royal Mail.
Please allow an extra working day for any deliveries over UK Bank Holidays as courier/ postal services may not be running.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer next day delivery.
Please send us an email to email@example.com to receive pricing for delivery BEFORE you place your order. We will do our absolute best to keep postage costs as low as possible.
All international orders will be posted via Royal Mail, tracked / signed for service. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order.
What do I do if my delivery did not arrive?
Unfortunately, Apt Cavalier Ltd cannot be held responsible for any postal/ courier delays or lost in transit packages which would be out of our control, However, if your parcel has not been received within the given time frame then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do if my parcel is damaged upon delivery?
On receiving delivery of your order, if the package or goods are in any way damaged please inform us by sending an email to email@example.com within 24 hours and mark the email as ‘urgent’. Please also include a photograph of the parcel exactly how it was received.
What do I do if I change my mind before I receive my order?
Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and mark your email ‘urgent’. Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will be responsible for returning the goods using our standard return procedure.
What do I do if I want to return my goods?
Please follow our returns policy detailed on the ‘Returns’ tab on the footer of our website.
If there is a problem with your goods please contact us directly on email@example.com and mark your email as urgent. Please do not post or private message us on social media as we cannot guarantee that these sites will be monitored.
