Wanted: Supported Rider

Here we go, the news you have all been waiting for - for the very first time, Apt Cavalier is opening applications for a brand new AC supported rider for the 2020 season!

Our objective for this search it to welcome a new rider to our team, not only to help us spread the word about our brand but also to allow us to give something back to our wonderful customers and followers.

The Apt Cavalier social pages & website will provide a platform for our new supported rider to share their journey through regular blogs (vlogs also encouraged but not compulsory). We are not necessarily looking for someone with thousands of followers or someone jumping massive fences, but rather someone who is passionate about our brand with a fun and interesting style of documenting their equestrian journey.

Here's all you need to know...

We are looking for someone with:

1. Passion for Apt Cavalier, the brand ethos and it's products - previous purchases and social interaction with us will be taken into account.
2. A unique/interesting/fun approach to writing and posting.
3. The ability to provide regular high-quality images (with permission from the owner for us to share) of themself riding/ out and about in our clothing.
4. Someone who genuinely wants to help us grow as a company, not just after "free stuff".

What you will receive:
1. An Apt welcome package (this is the free stuff!) with ad hoc products gifted throughout the season
2. A platform to showcase your journey
3. Opportunity to model in our photoshoots (depending on location)
4. Help & support from us for blogging and vlogging.

2. Like/love this post and comment below with a bit about yourself and why you think you would be a great fit for us (this can be a paragraph of writing or a video - it's up to you). Remember to leave a photo of you and your horse too!

You can also tag anyone you think might be a great fit for this position and share this post to help us spread the word about this fabulous opportunity.

This competition is open to everyone - eventers, showjumpers, dressage divas, happy hackers, Pony/riding clubbers, racing enthusiasts, endurance riders, showing connoisseurs (and everything in between) of all ages and stages.

Entries will close on Friday 3rd of April 2020 and a shortlist announced before an external panel assesses the shortlist to pick a winner.

Full Terms and conditions: 

 - The promoter is Apt Cavalier Ltd (Company No. SC556243) whose registered address is 21 Abbotslea, Tweedbank, Scottish Borders, TD1 3RZ.
 - The competition is open to entrants worldwide. Should the winner be under 18 years of age they will require parental permission to proceed as a supported rider. 
 - There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 - You must be following Apt Cavalier Ltd on Facebook and Instagram to qualify for this prize.
 - Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
 - Closing date for entry will be Friday 3rd of April 2020. After this date, the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
 - No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

 - Although highly unlikely Apt Cavalier reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The prize is as follows: an Apt Cavalier welcome pack, the opportunity to blog with the brand and advertise that you are a supported rider for the 2020 season, opportunity to take part in photoshoots. 
 - The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
 - A shortlist will be identified followed by a winner who will be chosen by an independent panel of judges and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.
 - The shortlist/ winner may be contacted to answer some further questions about their entry.
 - The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 - The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and imagery in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
