Info for Christmas Exchanges & Refunds

We hope you love your new AC items, however, we know that sometimes items aren't suitable or the wrong size might have been bought so here is everything you need to know about sending your item back for an exchange or refund:

1. Package up you item in its original packaging (you don't need to include the tissue paper) and seal securely in a postage bag (you can reuse the one it arrived in). Please ensure you include a note in your parcel which details your name, order number and instructions as to whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If it is an exchange please detail what size and colour you would like.

3. Post your return to the following address: Apt Cavalier Returns, 21 Abbotslea, Tweedbank, Galashiels, TD1 3RZ.

4. We aim to process all returns within one week of receiving them back to our office. Refunds will be issued to the original cardholder and can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. This time may be slightly longer during the weeks following Christmas so please do allow a few extra days for your refund to appear in your account.

5. If we do not have the size or colour you would like to exchange for in stock then we will contact you via the email which was given at the time of ordering.

6. If you have a question regarding your refund or exchange please email us on info@aptcavalier.com and put your name and "refund" in the subject line. Please do not message us via social media as this may delay the response time.

7. Christmas refunds and/or exchanges will be accepted up until the 31st of January 2021.
