Christmas Returns: All You Need To Know

We hope you love your new AC outfit; however, we know that sometimes items aren't suitable or Santa might have bought the wrong size, so here is everything you need to know about sending your item back for an exchange or refund:

 
1. Drop us an email to info@aptcavalier.com with the subject "Christmas return" and let us know what you would like to swap your item for, or if you would like a refund. If it is an exchange, we will make sure we set the new size/colour aside for you. 

2. Please pop the garment you are returning back into the recycled plastic bag that it came in; please note that some items come without the plastic bag, so don't worry about this bit too much, and please recycle the tissue paper for next year's Christmas wrapping. Would you mind writing a little note to our team which details your name, order number and if you would like a refund or an exchange? This helps us A LOT and means you get your refund/exchange quicker! Once you've done this, seal it securely into a postage bag - you can reuse the one it arrived in (#SaveThePlanet). 

 
3. Take your parcel to the post office and post it back to us at the following address: Apt Cavalier Returns, 21 Abbotslea, Tweedbank, Galashiels, TD1 3RZ. We are sorry that we can't offer free returns at the moment - we have such a small number of returns that we don't actually qualify for this service. Cool, huh?

 
4. We aim to process all returns within one week of receiving them back to our office. Refunds will be issued to the original cardholder and can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. This time may be slightly longer during the weeks following Christmas, so please do allow a few extra days for your refund to appear in your account. Be patient; we probably have a prosecco hangover...

5. Christmas refunds and/or exchanges will be accepted up until the 31st of January 2021.
